Indiana Celebration Annual High Point Challenge Rules

1.    Points will be calculated based on horse and exhibitor combination. 1 rider may nominate         

2 horses, but in that case each combination's points will be calculated separately. One rider cannot combine points from 2 horses.         

    Adults: ALL CLASSES ENTERED count toward the high point challenge.  (Any classes from both Friday and Saturday sessions).       

    Youth: All rides in the following classes will count towards the high point challenge:        Classes 2, 12, 27, 47, 63, 89, 99 2.    

All entries will earn 1 point just for entering, PLUS additional points will be earned based on class placings as follows:  1st place = 6 points, 2nd place = 5 points, 3rd place = 4 points, 4th place = 3 points,  5th place = 2 points, 6th place = 1 point 3.    

One High Point Challenge Champion and one Reserve High Point Challenge Champion will be calculated for a youth horse and rider combination. Also, One High Point Challenge Champion and one Reserve High Point Challenge Champion will be calculated for an adult horse and rider combination.

4.    Exhibitor must include address on entry form to win an award.

5.    Awards will be determined Saturday evening at the end of the Saturday night Championship classes. Champions and Reserve Champions will be presented with awards and prize money between classes 111 & 112

6.    Champion award will be determined by the highest cumulative number of points earned throughout both days. Reserve Champion will be determined by the second highest cumulative number of points earned throughout both days. In the event of a tie, the tie breaker will be the Exhibitor having entered the most number of classes. If still a tie, the Champion and Reserve Champion money will be combined and split evenly.

7.    Indiana Celebration High Point Challenge Champion will be awarded a prize and $100.

8.    Indiana Celebration Reserve High Point Challenge Champion will be awarded a prize and $50.
